Relational Loss Group for Women
This supportive 8-week process helps people move beyond simply living with their grief and begin actively working through it. The Grief Recovery Method Program provides an evidence-based, structured way to explore your loss, complete what may feel unfinished, and take steps toward greater clarity and peace.
The online group is limited to 3–9 participants and includes guided exercises, reading, homework, and practice, with opportunities to share in the group and in small 2–3-person sharing pods.
THE DETAILSWhat to Expect
-
A clear, structured process.
The Grief Recovery Method® provides a defined process to guide you, rather than relying solely on open discussion of feelings.Look at what’s unfinished.
You will identify relationships, experiences, hopes, and disappointments that continue to occupy emotional space.Put words to what you’ve been carrying.
Through guided exercises and weekly assignments, you will address what you wish had been different, better, or more.Move forward.
The goal is not to erase the past or diminish its significance. Instead, you will work through unresolved issues to move forward with greater clarity and freedom. -
This group is designed for women experiencing relational loss of a friend, partner, or family member, including divorce, breakup, estrangement, betrayal, death, or other significant relationship changes.
You do not need to have moved on or identify as grieving. If a past relationship continues to affect you and you are ready to address it, this group may be appropriate.
-
This is a small, dedicated group rather than a drop-in support group.
The program consists of eight two-hour sessions over six weeks, weekly reading and written assignments, active participation, and adherence to group agreements, including confidentiality.
Sessions are held once a week for the first four weeks, and twice a week during the final two weeks.
Program fee: $295
This fee includes the book, weekly assignments, email check-ins, and a one-month follow-up group. -
Due to the personal nature of this work and the small group size, all participants complete a brief application and a 20-minute consultation before enrollment.

Meet Dani
I’ve experienced significant loss myself, and I know how much can remain unresolved long after something ends. My work draws on 15 years of experience in somatic approaches, emotional regulation, grief recovery, and behavior change.
