Meet Dani

Somatic Coach, EFT Practitioner, & Grief Recovery Specialist

I help people feel more like themselves again. By working with the nervous system, emotions, values, and goals together, I guide those I work with to develop the skills and capacity to move through life's challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and ease.

Dani’s story

I opened my practice 15 years ago with a straightforward belief: helping people navigate difficult transitions is some of the most useful work there is. Whether someone is facing grief, anxiety, burnout, a relationship change, or a major life shift, these experiences can affect every part of life. Having support that is both practical and grounded can make a meaningful difference.

Like most people, I've experienced loss and periods of life that significantly changed my sense of direction. I've also lived through a major illness and brain injury that required me to rebuild my relationship with my body, nervous system, emotional regulation, and sense of identity from the ground up. Those experiences gave me a firsthand understanding of how disruptive change can be—and how difficult it can be to find support that truly helps.

Much of what I encountered felt either too clinical, too abstract, or disconnected from how people actually move through challenges in real life. Those gaps shaped the methods I use today and the Inner Work framework I developed: a structured, nervous-system-informed approach that helps people understand what they're experiencing, build practical skills, and move forward with greater clarity, steadiness, and confidence.

Credentials & Experience

I’ve spent the last 15 years studying practical approaches to emotional regulation, grief recovery, behavior change, and nervous system work.

My background began in body-based healing practices and expanded into structured grief recovery methods, Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), coaching, and trauma-informed, nervous-system-informed approaches focused on helping people create lasting change they can see and feel in their real life — not just insight or catharsis in a session.

  • Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) A gentle, structured method that regulates the nervous system and shifts emotional patterns at their source. I use Clinical EFT to reduce stress, ease emotional overwhelm, and create rapid, sustainable change.

Grief Recovery Method® A practical, evidence-based approach to grief that resolves unresolved emotional pain from loss — without requiring you to relive or over-analyze the past.

Somatic Coaching A body-based approach that builds awareness of sensation, emotion, and nervous system responses. This work develops safety, regulation, and the ability to respond to life with choice rather than automatic reaction.

Belief & Pattern Work (NLP & Core Transformation) A structured, inside-out method that works directly with self-concept, internal representations, and subconscious patterns. I use this approach to update limiting beliefs, resolve inner conflicts, and create precise, lasting change at the root level.

  • All clients begin with a Free Connection Call. This is a 20-minute Zoom conversation where we discuss your situation, my process, and determine if we are a mutual fit. There is no obligation to book.

  • No. This is Grief Recovery and Nervous System-Informed Coaching, not psychotherapy.

We focus on resolving unresolved grief, emotional patterns, and life transitions using structured, evidence-based and somatic approaches such as EFT and Inner Work coaching.

If you are in acute distress or require clinical diagnosis or treatment, I can help refer you to appropriate mental health services.

  • Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is an evidence-informed method that uses tapping on acupressure points while focusing on emotional experiences to help reduce stress activation.

Somatic regulation refers to practices that support the nervous system in settling from states of stress or overwhelm so you can think more clearly and respond more effectively.

  • The Grief Recovery Method® is a structured, evidence-based program designed to help individuals process unresolved grief and complete the emotional aspects of loss.

It follows a specific step-by-step process focused on identifying and addressing unexpressed emotions related to a person, pet, or significant life change.

  • Yes. Because my services are delivered virtually, I work with clients both locally in California and internationally. All you need is a private space and a stable internet connection.

  • This type of work is deeply personal and is a commitment. The free connection call ensures my approach is a good fit for your needs and helps determine the most appropriate program for you.

  • I focus on the underlying emotional patterns, stress responses, and internal narratives that drive how people think, feel, and behave. This allows change to be more stable and lasting, rather than temporary or surface-level.

My work combines nervous-system-informed coaching with evidence-based methods to support real, lasting change that people can feel in their daily lives.
