How Somatic Coaching Works
What We’ll Do in a Session
Sometimes we’ll talk things through to understand what’s going on. Other times, we might use a body-based practice like Clinical EFT, reflection, role-play, or another exercise. We’ll choose what fits best for you and the topic.
What We’ll Talk About
Bring anything from your life to our sessions, like a difficult conversation, a decision, a relationship, a pattern you notice, or a long-standing issue. We’ll take our time to understand what’s happening and explore ways you might respond differently.
Between Sessions
Each week, you might leave with something to notice, think about, try out, or approach differently. Sometimes there’s a specific exercise, and other times it’s simply about paying attention to what happens. This is how the work starts to become part of your everyday life.
Weekly Sessions to Start
We begin by meeting once a week for the first month or two. This helps us stay connected, understand what’s going on, and start making progress. After that, you can keep meeting weekly, switch to twice a month or once a month, or take a break whenever you need.
Investment
$175/60 minute session
Sessions are 60 minutes, and no long-term package or commitment is required. I suggest starting with a plan for 12 sessions over 3-4 months, or longer depending on what you need support with. We will adjust the session frequency as your needs evolve.

What Clients Are Saying
“I have been working with Dani for a year now, and it is a challenge to convey the transformation of my internal and external emotional landscape. Anyone can read self-help books, listen to podcasts, or talk about their problems until they’re blue in the face, and we may even feel like we’re changing a little. But what Dani offers is the lived experience of that knowledge through connecting with ourselves and our body.
This is true wisdom that will actually shift us and move us forward. She is an excellent, intuitive guide who has helped me navigate through and shift things I did not think were possible.
Just to add one example (and there are many): My 3-year-old son had a terrible problem hitting or hurting his baby sister for over a year. After one session with Dani, where I focused on my dynamic with him, he hasn’t hurt her in over 6 months. I walked out of that session and my son was able to feel loved by his mother. That changed everything.
I cannot recommend Dani enough if you are a person looking for the truth within yourself.”
— Taylor, mother of two

FAQs
-
Somatic Coaching is a body-based approach that helps you recognize and change patterns in how you think, feel, respond, relate, and act. Sessions may include somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, values-led coaching, reflection, and practical exercises.
Coaching is focused on present patterns, personal goals, and developing new ways of responding. It is not psychotherapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Coaching can complement therapy, but it is not a replacement for medical or mental health care.
-
Embodiment coaching can support issues involving stress, self-trust, boundaries, relationships, work, money, family, home life, and major transitions.
You may come with one clearly defined concern or with patterns that affect more than one area of your life. We will clarify the focus of the work at the beginning of your program.
-
Each session begins with a check-in and a review of what has arisen since we last met. We then explore the issue you are working on through conversation, body awareness, nervous system regulation, values-led coaching, and other practices suited to your needs.
Sessions may also include reflection or simple exercises to support integration between appointments. You are never required to participate in a practice that does not feel appropriate for you.
There is no obligation to book a program afterward.
