What We Can Work on Together
Grief can follow many kinds of loss, not only death. Together, we focus on one specific loss or relationship and identify what still feels unresolved, incomplete, or emotionally painful.
Death and Bereavement
- Loss of a family member, partner, friend, colleague, or pet
- Anticipatory grief before an expected loss
- Grief that still feels present months or years later
- Difficulty adjusting to life after a death
Relationships and Significant Endings
- Divorce, separation, or the end of a relationship
- Estrangement or changes in a family relationship
- Betrayal, loss of trust, or unresolved conflict
- The end of a friendship or important connection
Life Changes and Unresolved Emotions
- Career changes, relocation, retirement, or health changes
- Loss of identity, stability, independence, or opportunity
- Regret, guilt, anger, resentment, or unmet hopes
- Things left unsaid or difficulty moving forward

What others have to say
IS THIS THE WORK FOR YOU?
-
You are carrying unresolved grief connected to a death, relationship ending, betrayal, transition, or other significant loss.
You feel emotionally stuck, burdened by what happened, or aware that something still feels incomplete.
You are tired of coping with the pain without knowing how to work through it.
You want a clear, structured process rather than open-ended conversation alone.
You are willing to reflect honestly, complete guided exercises, and stay engaged between sessions.
You feel ready to focus on one specific loss or relationship and take meaningful steps toward emotional completion.
-
You are in acute crisis or need immediate mental health support, trauma treatment, or ongoing stabilization.
You are looking for therapy, diagnosis, crisis care, or unlimited emotional support.
You want an open-ended space to talk without following a structured process.
You are not able or willing to complete the guided exercises between sessions.
You are not ready to focus on a specific loss or relationship.
You need a level of care that falls outside the scope of a structured grief recovery program.
There is no shame in recognizing that this may not be the right support at this time. The most effective care is the kind that matches your current needs, capacity, and readiness.
