1:1 MENTOR COACHING FOR PRACTITIONERS
Get support for the
work behind the work.
Areas We Can Work On
-
Learn to recognize when a client's history, nervous system, or protective responses call for a more careful and informed approach, and develop ways of working that are safer, more attuned, and more effective.
-
Bring the clients, cases, moments, and situations you're unsure about. We can slow things down, look at what's happening, consider different possibilities, and think through how you might respond.
-
Get support thinking through what is within your scope/skillset, when something calls for referral or additional support, and how to navigate the gray areas that don't come with straightforward answers.
-
Find your footing as a practitioner and develop a way of working that feels genuinely yours, not a copy of someone else's practice, personality, or methodology.
-
Get practical support with building your practice, defining your services, communicating what you do, setting up your business, and making decisions that align with your values.
-
For experienced practitioners who are tired, depleted, or questioning how they want to continue. We can look at what isn't working, restore capacity, and explore what a sustainable professional life could look like.

FAQs
-
No. Mentor coaching can be useful at any stage of your career. You might be developing your skills and finding your footing, or you might be an experienced practitioner navigating a difficult client situation, burnout, a career transition, or a new direction in your work.
-
No. Mentor coaching is a flexible professional development relationship rather than formal clinical supervision or a certification program. We can explore client work, skills, professional judgment, business decisions, or what you're experiencing personally in your work. I'll share my experience and perspective, but the goal is to help you develop your own judgment and approach.
-
That is okay! You don't need to arrive with a clearly defined problem or a specific question. We can use the session to figure out what's getting in the way, what you're noticing in your work, and where support would be most useful.
