Embodiment coaching is designed for changing patterns affecting how you think, feel, respond, relate, and make decisions. Grief Recovery Method® is a structured process for unresolved grief connected to death, relationship endings, major transitions, and other significant losses.
During your free consultation, we will discuss what you are experiencing and determine which service is the most appropriate fit.

Getting started is simple. Schedule a free consultation or send a message through the contact page. In our call, I will answer your initial questions, learn what you would like support with, and explain the most appropriate next step forward.

The free consultation is a brief conversation about what you would like support with, what you hope to change, and which service may best meet your needs. It is also an opportunity to ask questions and decide whether working together feels like a good fit.
There is no obligation to book a program afterward.

Yes. All individual services are delivered online. I work with adults throughout the United States and internationally, subject to service suitability and any applicable professional restrictions.

Sessions are offered online via Zoom. You will receive all necessary details before your first appointment.

Payment plans are available and customized to financial needs, and a valid payment method must remain on file during your program.
I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, missed sessions, and no-shows are charged in full.
Coaching programs are non-refundable once the agreement is signed, unless it turns out the work is not an appropriate fit; exceptions may also be considered in cases of documented medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Full terms are provided in the client agreement.

About Somatic Coaching

Somatic coaching is a body-based approach that helps you recognize and change patterns in how you think, feel, respond, relate, and act. Sessions may include somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, values-led coaching, reflection, and practical exercises.
Coaching is focused on present patterns, personal goals, and developing new ways of responding. It is not psychotherapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Coaching can complement therapy, but it is not a replacement for medical or mental health care.

Embodiment coaching can support issues involving stress, self-trust, boundaries, relationships, work, money, family, home life, and major transitions.
You may come with one clearly defined concern or with patterns that affect more than one area of your life. We will clarify the focus of the work at the beginning of your program.

Each session begins with a check-in and a review of what has arisen since we last met. We then explore the issue you are working on through conversation, body awareness, nervous system regulation, values-led coaching, and other practices suited to your needs.
Sessions may also include reflection or simple exercises to support integration between appointments. You are never required to participate in a practice that does not feel appropriate for you.
There is no obligation to book a program afterward.
About Grief Recovery

The Grief Recovery Method® is a structured, action-based program for addressing unresolved grief. It helps you examine the emotional impact of a loss, identify what may feel incomplete, and take specific steps toward greater emotional completion.
The program follows a defined process over seven private sessions.

The program can address grief connected to death, divorce, relationship endings, estrangement, career changes, relocation, loss of trust, changes in health, and other significant life transitions.
Grief is not limited to bereavement. Any experience involving the loss of something meaningful may create unresolved emotional pain.

Each session builds on the previous one and follows the Grief Recovery Method® process. You will explore beliefs and habits related to grief, review the relationship or loss you are working on, identify what feels emotionally incomplete, and complete guided exercises between sessions.
Because the program is structured and sequential, regular attendance and completion of the assigned exercises are important.

The program may be appropriate if you are carrying unresolved grief and feel ready to engage in a structured process that includes reflection and between-session work.
It is not crisis care or a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or emergency support. During the consultation, we will discuss your current needs and whether this program is suitable at this time. If your needs fall outside the scope of the program, you may be encouraged to seek support from an appropriately qualified healthcare or mental health professional.
