I'm Dani, a Somatic-Emotional Coach based in Humboldt County, California. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, feeling stuck in familiar patterns, or simply ready for something to change, I run programs for meaningful growth and forward movement.

Through a nervous-system-informed approach that combines somatic work with one-on-one coaching, I help adults build greater clarity, resilience, and trust in themselves. Sessions are held online for clients across the U.S. and internationally.

Many people come to me believing they need more motivation, discipline, or willpower. More often, what's keeping them stuck is unresolved stress, grief, or patterns that no longer fit their lives. Rather than focusing on symptoms, we work with the underlying drivers of those patterns to create meaningful, lasting change.

I bring 15 years of experience in nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and self-concept coaching. As a Certified Clinical EFT Provider and Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist, I use structured, trauma-sensitive methods that help clients move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

  • No. This is Grief Recovery and Nervous System-Informed Coaching, not psychotherapy.

    We focus on resolving unresolved grief, emotional patterns, and mindset/behavioral change using structured, evidence-based and somatic approaches such as EFT and Inner Work coaching.

    If you are in acute distress or require clinical diagnosis or treatment, I can help refer you to appropriate mental health services.

  • Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is an evidence-informed method that uses tapping on acupressure points while focusing on emotional experiences to help reduce stress activation.

    Somatic regulation refers to practices that support the nervous system in settling from states of stress or overwhelm so you can think more clearly and respond more effectively.

  • The Grief Recovery Method® is a structured, evidence-based program designed to help individuals process unresolved grief and complete the emotional aspects of loss.

  • Yes. Because my services are delivered virtually, I work with clients both locally in California and internationally. All you need is a private space and a stable internet connection.
