Ways We Can Work Together
Find the program that fits your needs with one-on-one coaching and grief recovery programs listed below. If you are interested in a custom format blending grief recovery and somatic coaching, get in touch and we can discuss what that might look like for you.
All programs start with a free 20 minute intro call to assess if we are a good fit.
Guided Programs
Every journey starts the same way: a free 20-minute intro call to see if we're a good fit. From there, we meet for a 75-minute consultation ($165), where we gather the full picture, explore what you're needing, and choose the program that's right for you. Depending on what surfaces, that session may include some values work or nervous-system regulation education. It's the doorway into any of the series below.

Grounding & Nervous System Reset
A focused 6-session program for working through a single issue while building nervous system regulation. We combine somatic practices, clinical EFT, and education so you understand what's happening in your body and leave with practical tools to steady it. A good fit when something specific is affecting you and you want clear, manageable support.
- 6 × 60-minute sessions
- Weekly practices between sessions
Embodied Regulation & Resilience
A 12-session program for one larger issue, or up to two core issues or life areas. Alongside building regulation, we go further into emotional processing and self-concept and values work, so you can set specific goals that genuinely matter to you and build toward them.
The longer format is intentional. Forming new patterns takes time — roughly 62 days to build a new habit — so the program is paced to work with the way your nervous system actually rewires, rather than rushing it.
- 12 × 75-minute sessions
- Self-concept and values work
- Weekly practices between sessions
Grief Recovery Method®
A structured 7-session Grief Recovery Method® program for unresolved grief. This process helps you address the emotional impact of loss so it no longer feels heavy or stuck. Designed for experiences such as death, pet loss, divorce, relationship endings, and other significant life changes.
- 7 Grief Recovery Method® sessions
- The Grief Recovery Method Handbook
- Weekly reflection exercises

The Inner Work Approach
Internal changes rarely come from insight alone. The way you think, feel, and respond to life is shaped by your nervous system responses, emotional reactions, past experiences, beliefs, and learned patterns. Through the Inner Work Approach, we work across these three connected areas to create meaningful and sustainable change.
Regulation & Stability
When the nervous system is stuck in stress, overwhelm, anxiety, or shutdown, everything feels harder. We begin by building greater regulation, resilience, and awareness so you can respond to life from a more grounded and steady place.
Body
Emotional Processing & Insight
Unprocessed emotions can keep us stuck in patterns we don't fully understand. Together, we work to identify, process, and integrate difficult experiences so they have less influence over your decisions, relationships, and daily life.
Heart
Identity & Self-Concept
The way you see yourself shapes the choices you make. We explore the beliefs, assumptions, and internal narratives that influence your behavior and work toward a more accurate, supportive, and self-trusting sense of who you are.

The Methods We Use Together
The Inner Work Approach is supported by several evidence-informed methods. Depending on your goals, we may draw from one or more of these approaches throughout our work together.
-
A structured, evidence-based program for addressing unresolved grief connected to loss, change, and major life disruption. This is a guided process using The Grief Recovery Method® framework, supported by reading, reflection, and step-by-step exercises.
Through this process, you will:
Build a clearer understanding of grief and how it affects you
Identify patterns of emotional avoidance or suppression
Work through unresolved emotional experiences in a structured way
-
Major stress and grief can often show up in the body as overwhelm, shutdown, anxiety, or emotional suppression. Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a structured method that uses simple tapping techniques alongside emotional focus to help regulate the nervous system while processing difficult feelings.
We use this to help you:
Calm emotional intensity in the moment
Increase capacity to stay present with difficult feelings
Reduce reactive patterns like avoidance or shutdown
Build a steadier, safer relationship with emotional experience
-
Once emotional stability begins to improve, the focus shifts toward rebuilding your sense of self and direction. This part of the work helps you reconnect with what matters to you and translate that into how you live day to day.
We focus on:
clarifying your core values and priorities
rebuilding a grounded, realistic sense of self
aligning your choices with what matters to you
shifting patterns that no longer fit your life
rebuilding trust in your own judgment and direction
-
Psycho-education is part of every stage so you understand what is happening at each step of the process and why, which helps the work integrate more effectively.
The balance of tools we choose to use depends on the person. Some people need more somatic and nervous-system support, others more cognitive and values-based coaching. And other need to give their past loss experiences a deeper look. The process is adapted to your needs rather than a fixed template.

I focus on the underlying emotional patterns, stress responses, and internal narratives that drive how people think, feel, and behave. This allows change to be more stable and lasting, rather than temporary or surface-level.
My work combines nervous-system-informed coaching with evidence-based methods to support real, lasting change that people can feel in their daily lives.
