You are generally functioning, but something in your life is not working as well as it should.
You feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, avoidant, or less capable than you know you could or should be able to be.
You want to see change in an area such as work, money, health, relationships, parenting, or through a major life transition.
You are tired of understanding the problem without being able to feel differently about it.
You want practical support that helps you regulate stress, work through what is getting in the way, and function better in everyday life.
You are willing to use the somatic and mindset tools, reflect honestly, and take action outside of sessions so you can see things actually improve week by week.
-
You are in acute crisis or need trauma processing, ongoing stabilization, or a higher level of mental health care.
You are looking for someone to replace a therapist or provide unlimited emotional support.
You want to talk about the same problem indefinitely without working toward clear changes.
You are not willing to work within a structure and a multi-phase coaching process or practice homework between sessions.
You want things to feel different, but are not yet ready to change the patterns, choices, or circumstances and a big part of you is committed to keeping things as they are.
If these describe where you are currently at, there is no shame; we all reach different levels of readiness for change at different times and aligning with the right fit of care for where we are can make all the difference.

Start Your Next Adventure
Helping capable people become more steady, self-trusting, and effective so they can handle what is in front of them and make real changes in work, money, health, and relationships.
The Program
-
The first session is assessment, goal definition, baseline measures, values, and initial regulation work. The early phase builds regulation, grounding, emotional literacy, and resource awareness.
-
The middle phase applies EFT, somatic work, self-concept work, and active imagination to the specific obstacles connected to the client’s chosen outcome. The later phase focuses on action, real-world application, consolidation, and increasing independence.
-
The final session is always closure and integration; we review the starting point, tangible changes you’ve made, baseline regulation shifts and improvements, what you now handle differently, which tools work best for you, what still needs attention, and what your next phase should be.
