Embodiment Educator, Somatic Coach, and Grief Recovery Specialist
MEET DANI
I help people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves understand what is happening and make meaningful changes.
Our work may include coaching, nervous-system education, body-based practices, Clinical EFT, and even structured grief recovery if needed; our goal together is not only to help you feel better in a session but also to help you function better in your daily life — so you can understand your patterns and better support your desired objectives and outcomes.
Why I Do This Work
I believe people change more effectively when they understand the patterns underneath their actions, feel supported in their bodies, and have practical, sensible ways to move forward.
My own experiences with loss, illness, trauma, neurodivergence, and brain injury have shaped an approach that is compassionate, realistic, and grounded in how change happens in everyday life.
How I Work
My work combines coaching, nervous-system education, somatic practices, Clinical EFT, and grief recovery.
Sessions may include compassionate conversation, teaching, emotional processing, body awareness, movement and breath, and practical experimentation. The aim is to help you become more regulated, embodied, and resourceful while experiencing deeper alignment with who you are, making progress in the areas of life that matter to you, and changing the thinking that helps you get there.
Credentials & Experience
I have spent the past 15 years studying and practicing approaches to physical and emotional regulation, grief recovery, behavior change, and nervous-system health.
My training includes somatic touch therapies and coaching, trauma-informed Clinical EFT, the Grief Recovery Method, breathwork and laughter yoga, yoga, massage, herbal medicine, neurofeedback, and other trauma-informed approaches.
-
Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) A gentle, structured method that regulates the nervous system and shifts emotional patterns at their source. I use Clinical EFT to reduce stress, ease emotional overwhelm, and create rapid, sustainable change.
Grief Recovery Method® A practical, evidence-based approach to grief that resolves unresolved emotional pain from loss — without requiring you to relive or over-analyze the past.
Somatic Coaching A body-based approach that builds awareness of sensation, emotion, and nervous system responses. This work develops safety, regulation, and the ability to respond to life with choice rather than automatic reaction.
Belief & Pattern Work (NLP & Core Transformation) A structured, inside-out method that works directly with self-concept, internal representations, and subconscious patterns. I use this approach to update limiting beliefs, resolve inner conflicts, and create precise, lasting change at the root level.

No. This is Grief Recovery and Nervous System-Informed Coaching, not psychotherapy.
We focus on resolving unresolved grief, emotional patterns, and life transitions using structured, evidence-based and somatic approaches such as EFT and Inner Work coaching.
If you are in acute distress or require clinical diagnosis or treatment, I can help refer you to appropriate mental health services.
-
Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is an evidence-informed method that uses tapping on acupressure points while focusing on emotional experiences to help reduce stress activation.
Somatic regulation refers to practices that support the nervous system in settling from states of stress or overwhelm so you can think more clearly and respond more effectively.
-
The Grief Recovery Method® is a structured, evidence-based program designed to help individuals process unresolved grief and complete the emotional aspects of loss.
It follows a specific step-by-step process focused on identifying and addressing unexpressed emotions related to a person, pet, or significant life change.

Yes. Because my services are delivered virtually, I work with clients both locally in California and internationally. All you need is a private space and a stable internet connection.

This type of work is deeply personal and is a commitment. The free connection call ensures my approach is a good fit for your needs and helps determine the most appropriate program for you.
-
I focus on the underlying emotional patterns, stress responses, and internal narratives that drive how people think, feel, and behave. This allows change to be more stable and lasting, rather than temporary or surface-level.
My work combines nervous-system-informed coaching with evidence-based methods to support real, lasting change that people can feel in their daily lives.
