“I understand because I’ve been there.”
Meet Dani
Somatic Life & Career Coach, Clinical EFT Practitioner, Grief Recovery Method Specialist
My own path through major loss, chronic illness, trauma, brain injury, and neurodivergence has profoundly shaped how I understand the brain and body and how change actually happens. I’ve had to learn, firsthand, how to work with a body and nervous system that don’t always cooperate. What I’ve learned along the way is a big part of what I now teach others.
Why I Do This Work
I know what it feels like to be stuck in cycles of suffering, anxiety, and stress.
I’ve gone through long periods of physical and emotional pain while dealing with big losses, so I understand how hard it is to feel trapped by your own thoughts, body, or circumstances. I hope people can get to know themselves well enough to listen to their feelings, understand what their bodies are saying, trust themselves, and see that they might have more choices than they thought.
I believe a kind of freedom comes from knowing ourselves. When we understand how our brain and body work, and how things like stress, fear, memory, history, and emotion shape our reactions, we start to approach ourselves with more curiosity and less judgment.
Instead of asking ourselves, "What is wrong with me?" we can start by asking, "What is actually happening here?" This shift gives us better context and, with it, more choices. Patterns that once felt like personal failures can then be seen as normal human reactions that we can change.
How we feel inside shapes how we connect with others, so this understanding spreads outward. It’s something valuable we can share with the people around us.
How I Work
I’m curious about what makes people tick, and I value bringing a sense of humor to every day, and I love helping them connect with and understand themselves in ways that actually make a difference.
We’ll look at what’s happening in your brain, body, emotions, and behavior, and get curious about the patterns underneath it. Then we’ll experiment. Sometimes that means learning something new about your nervous system. Sometimes it means noticing what your body is telling you, trying a different way of responding, practicing a boundary, or simply discovering that something you’ve been blaming yourself for actually makes sense.
I use education, conversation, somatic practices, Clinical EFT, movement, breath, reflection, and coaching, blended with a sense of humor, depending on what is useful for you.
I don’t want you to simply take my word for it. I want you to understand yourself well enough to become curious about what works for you.
Credentials & Experience
I have spent the past 15 years studying and practicing approaches to physical and emotional regulation, grief recovery, behavior change, and nervous-system health.
My training includes somatic touch therapies and coaching, trauma-informed and gentle Clinical EFT, the Grief Recovery Method, transformative breathwork and laughter yoga, yoga, massage, herbal medicine, neurofeedback, and other trauma-sensitive approaches.
-
Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) A gentle, structured method that regulates the nervous system and shifts emotional patterns at their source. I use Clinical EFT to reduce stress, ease emotional overwhelm, and create rapid, sustainable change.
Grief Recovery Method® A practical, evidence-based approach to grief that resolves unresolved emotional pain from loss — without requiring you to relive or over-analyze the past.
Somatic Coaching A body-based approach that builds awareness of sensation, emotion, and nervous system responses. This work develops safety, regulation, and the ability to respond to life with choice rather than automatic reaction.
Belief & Pattern Work (NLP & Core Transformation) A structured, inside-out method that works directly with self-concept, internal representations, and subconscious patterns. I use this approach to update limiting beliefs, resolve inner conflicts, and create precise, lasting change at the root level.

-
Clinical EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is an evidence-informed method that uses tapping on acupressure points while focusing on emotional experiences to help reduce stress activation.
Somatic regulation refers to practices that support the nervous system in settling from states of stress or overwhelm so you can think more clearly and respond more effectively.
-
The Grief Recovery Method® is a structured, evidence-based program designed to help individuals process unresolved grief and complete the emotional aspects of loss.

I focus on the underlying emotional patterns, stress responses, and internal narratives that drive how people think, feel, and behave. This allows change to be more stable and lasting, rather than temporary or surface-level.
My work combines nervous-system-informed coaching with evidence-based methods to support real, lasting change that people can feel in their daily lives.
