Grieving is easier together
Grief over the loss or death of a pet is as valid as any other major loss we can experience.
These small online groups offer a grounded, practical space to normalize pet grief and understand your experience more clearly, so you can start feeling less stuck in it.
What These Groups Offer
These groups combine structured grief recovery tools, guided reflection, practical exercises, and group discussion to help participants process the loss itself instead of only trying to manage the pain around it.
The focus is not on endlessly revisiting grief. It is on helping you better understand what happens after loss, work through what feels emotionally unfinished, and begin carrying the experience in a way that feels less consuming over time.
Many people who work closely with animals also can benefit from these groups — including veterinarians, vet techs, pet sitters, ranch and farm workers, rescue workers, and others who deeply understand the human-animal bond.
