The Resilient Reset: The 12-Week Curriculum
The Resilient Reset is a structured, 3-month container designed to stop the drain, resolve the emotional weight, and rebuild your internal infrastructure. This isn't just coaching; it is a biological and emotional "re-tuning." This program is a deliberate, three-phase journey. We start by equipping you with tools for building your capacity, move into the deep work of emotional resolution, and finish by hard-wiring your new skills so they stick for a lifetime.

Goal:Stabilize the nervous system and establish a somatic baseline.
Week 1: Inventory. We begin by mapping your life situation and current window of somatic tolerance to stress — and then you will learn specific Vagal Toning and orienting exercises to aid your regulation practice — allowing you to find ways to shift out of overwhelm and back into a state of presence.
Week 2: Somatic Processing. You will learn how to do Clinical EFT (Tapping) and begin using it to lower your stress response. This will be a primary tool for de-escalate active triggers and physical anxiety in real-time.
Week 3: Ride the Wave. Learn more about how to effectively feel your emotions and process them effectively. This is to prepare you for the grief recovery series.

This phase utilizes the globally recognized, evidence-based Grief Recovery Method series.
Week 4: The Action-Based Mindset. We dismantle the common myths about recovery and establish the specific, action-oriented framework for your healing.
Week 5: Myth’s and STERB’s. We explore your relationship to grief and the ways you might have learned to respond to or manage your experiences.
Week 6: The Loss History. We identify the timeline of losses that have shaped your current experience and select the primary "anchor" to resolve.
Week 6: The Relationship Graph (Part 1). A deep dive into the specific relationship or event, identifying the undelivered communications and emotional energy tied to it.
Week 7: The Relationship Graph (Part 2). We identify the specific "Recovery Components" needed to bring your heart to a state of completion.
Week 8-9: The Completion Letter (The Work). You will learn how to synthesize your findings into a powerful tool for emotional release.
Week 10: Finalizing & Reading. We complete the letter process, allowing the emotional weight of this loss to finally leave your system.

Goal:Recode the mind and ensure your new resilience feels sustainable.
Week 11: Reflect and Accept. You reflect on your experiences and we use Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Submodalities to "recode" and integrate any remaining somatic discomfort after completing the series of grief recovery work. This ensures you aren't "carrying the ghosts" of the old pain in your body and supports your brain recognizing you are no longer in that crisis.
Week 12: The Maintenance Plan. We build your custom "Resilience Menu"—a curated selection of Breathwork, EFT, and Somatic cues tailored to your specific lifestyle. You share your vision for what’s next, and leave the program not as a passenger, but as the architect of your own internal state. From here you can choose to create a custom program or take a break from the work.
Your 12-Week Journey at a Glance
Weeks 1–3: Stabilization. Building your somatic toolkit and stopping the "energy drains."
Weeks 4–10: Resolution. The 7-session Grief Recovery series to resolve stuck feelings of grief and the relational baggage in your life.
Weeks 11–12: Integration. Recoding the internal response system by clarifying your vision and creating your personalized sustainable Resilience Menu.

The Four Pillars of the Program
Physiological Regulation
We start by settling your nervous system. If your body feels unsafe, your mind cannot find clarity. You will be trained in foundational somatic tools—including Somatics, Breathwork, Clinical EFT (Tapping), and Laughter Yoga—to expand your window of tolerance and de-escalate stress in real-time.
Somatic Awareness
Before we can change how you feel, we have to understand how you "work." We begin by developing deep somatic awareness—learning to identify the subtle cues your nervous system sends before you hit a wall. You will learn to map your unique stress responses using somatic techniques such as grounding, orienting, and tapping so you can move from being blindsided by your emotions to observing them with clarity and agency.
Emotional Resolution
We spend 7 focused sessions moving through the Grief Recovery Method. This is a globally recognized, evidence-based protocol that helps you complete the "unfinished business" of a specific loss or major life change. We move past the myths of "time heals all" and take the specific actions required to unburden your system of the weights you've been carrying.
Strategic Integration
In the final phase, we use NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Identity Mapping to ensure your progress is sustainable. We align your new "clear" state with your core values, creating a strategic roadmap for your life. You emerge with a custom "Resilience Menu" of tools and methods to map work yet to be done, leading your life from your values rather than your triggers.
